Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering, accessing or using any part of the winway33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and winway33 ("Platform"). This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is available on this platform.

Member Eligibility
To register and use winway33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration.
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling.
- Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- Never had an account closed by winway33 for fraud, bonus abuse or breach of terms.
- Not diagnosed with or undergoing treatment for gambling addiction, and have not previously enrolled in any self-exclusion programme.

Account Registration and Management
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at winway33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts without any refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. False or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
- Your full name must match a valid identity document (such as your MyKad).
- One mobile number may only be linked to one account.
- One payment method (for example, an e-wallet account or bank account number) may only be registered to one account.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.
Account security is the member's responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact winway33 customer service immediately via 24/7 live chat within the platform.
Clause 04
Deposits and Withdrawals
winway33 supports several secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
Minimum Amounts:
- Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM50
- Minimum withdrawal for all methods: RM100
Processing Time:
Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted, subject to account verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
All deposited and won funds are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Any transactions in foreign currency or cryptocurrency will be converted using the current exchange rate set by the platform at the time the transaction is processed.
winway33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes a copy of your identity card (MyKad), bank statement or relevant e-wallet verification document.
Clause 05
Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme
winway33 offers various promotions including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and may only be claimed in accordance with the terms set out for each promotion.
Welcome Bonus:
- 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
- Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount received.
- Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
- Another example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering required: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.
winway33 VIP Programme:
Active members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of five tiers, each offering higher weekly cashback based on gaming activity:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Clause 06
Game Rules
winway33 offers a wide range of game categories including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, and arcade games. Each game operates according to the rules set by the respective game provider.
The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system or by real dealers in a monitored live casino environment. winway33 does not modify or influence the outcome of any game.
- Any technical error that occurs during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the platform's fairness policy.
- Funds wagered in a game session that was interrupted due to connectivity issues on the member's end will not be automatically refunded.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs or software vulnerabilities is considered a serious violation and may result in account closure.

Member Responsibilities
As a winway33 member, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in gambling activities is lawful under local laws.
- You will not use this platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- You will not attempt to access another member's account.
- You will not use automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- You will not transfer funds between member accounts without platform authorisation.
- You agree to wager only with funds that you legally own and that are free from any criminal liability.

Clause 08
Account Suspension and Closure
winway33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that:
- The member has breached any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
- The registration information provided is false or misleading.
- The member is involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- The account is being used by someone who has not reached the minimum age requirement.
- A request has been received from law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, winway33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including bonuses and winnings obtained through means that breach these terms.
Clause 09
Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage, and use of members' personal information by winway33 is governed by the platform's separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms set out in winway33's Privacy Policy.
winway33 uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect members' personal data and financial information during transmission and storage. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties except as set out in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Clause 10
Platform Liability Limits
winway33 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:
- Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
- Processing delays or failures due to technical issues beyond the platform's control.
- Losses arising from a member's betting decisions.
- Data damage or loss due to equipment or software failure on the member's end.
winway33's total liability to any member under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.
Clause 11
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which winway33 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the winway33 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days from the date it is notified in writing, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.

Updates and Amendments to Terms
winway33 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, material changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or through their registered email.
It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version is always available on the winway33 website. The date of the most recent update will be noted at the top of this document.
Continued use of the winway33 platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our customer support.
